Why is that? I'm not sure why there isn't a drop down box displaying various uses of the credit with the accompaning 20% fee. For some reason they make it very clear in their advertising about the offering of their $1800 unlimited resort credit, but fail miserably informing their customers about the new 20% service fee now attached to any of the credits used. Just returned from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Resort in Punta Cana with 16 golfers.
